Andrew Mawhinney has over 30 years experience as a Police Specialist Firearms Officer & Instructor and has gained his practical experience in Policing Northern Ireland. He has a full and practical understanding of the requirements in the field of Ballistic Technology gained from his Northern Ireland workplace.
